Wesley Ladd

Chief Technology Officer

Wes brings extensive experience in finance, technology, and operations from the private sector and academia. He has led major projects for Fortune 500 and private sector companies during prior tenures at EY and RSM. As an instructor at the Louisiana State University (LSU) College of Business, his research efforts keep our company at the leading edge of innovation.

Saxon Metzger

Chief Executive Officer

Saxon brings a decade of experience delivering capital intensive projects on time and on budget. Recognized as an Energy Innovator and MIT Solver, his background leading Project Development teams from California to North Carolina is paired with his role teaching economics and sustainable business at Wilmington University. Coupling industry and academic experience ensures we utilize responsive and cutting edge solutions across all of our projects.

Ryan Rowlett

Master Electrician

With over 10 years of experience as an electrician, Ryan Rowlett brings his Master Electrician License and can-do attitude to our construction projects. With experience managing residential, commercial, and community electrical work, Rowlett brings safety, efficiency, and accuracy to our projects.
